You will not be passed between strangers. These are the four people who plan, design, build and film your project, and they already work together.

  Founder

  Runs your first call, writes the build plan and stays your main contact until launch.

  Majid founded Bytecrest and is the person you talk to first. He runs the free 20-minute call, asks what you want to build and who it is for, then writes the build plan with a fixed price. During the project he stays your main contact: he keeps the scope honest, passes your feedback to the right person and tells you plainly if something needs a different plan. If Bytecrest is not the right team for your idea, he will say so on the call. He also wrote the cost guide on this site.

  Muhammad Mubashir

  UX & Graphic Design

  Designs the screens, the brand and the clickable mock-up you approve before any code.

  Mubashir designs the product before anyone builds it. He maps the flows, sets up the design system and draws every screen, then turns them into a clickable mock-up you tap through on your own phone. You ask for changes while they are still cheap, and nothing goes to code until you approve it. He also does the graphic design around the product, so the app, the website and the launch material look like one thing.

  Mobile, Web & DevOps

  Builds the iPhone, Android and web apps, then hosts and maintains them.

  Sajid turns the approved designs into a working product. He builds iPhone, Android and web apps, plus the backend, database, sign-in and payments behind them. He works in short rounds, so you test each one on your own phone and catch problems early. At launch he submits to the App Store and Google Play, sets up hosting and error tracking, and can keep the product running afterwards. The code and accounts are in your name, so you can hand them to anyone.

  Video & Editing

  Cuts the launch film, the ads and the short clips that announce it.

  Shahzad makes the film and video side of a launch. He cuts the launch video, the short clips and the ads that tell people your product exists, using the real screens and the brand Mubashir designed. Because he works in the same team, he sees the product while it is being built and can plan what to film before launch day.
