These terms cover your use of bytecrest.dev and the free call you can book here. By using the site, you agree to them.

The free call

The 20-minute build plan call is free and you’re under no obligation to hire us afterwards. If you can’t make it, please cancel or reschedule using the link in your confirmation email.

Prices on this site

Prices on the site are starting points to help you plan, not quotes. Your actual price comes in a written proposal after we understand what you need.

Client projects

Paid work is covered by a separate written agreement that sets out the scope, price, timeline and ownership. If that agreement differs from anything on this site, the agreement applies.

Our content

The text, design, logo and graphics on this site belong to Bytecrest. Please don’t copy or reuse them without asking. This doesn’t affect the ownership of work we build for clients, which is covered in each project agreement.

Links to other sites

The site links to services we don’t run, such as zcal, LinkedIn, X and GitHub. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.

No guarantees

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it’s provided as-is and may change or be offline at times. To the extent the law allows, we’re not liable for losses from using the site or relying on its general information. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
